In order to keep this forum running smooth and to prevent problems, please follow these simple rules. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact one of the Staff Members.
General Rules:
- While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. This is a family message board and all topics and discussions must be made with this in mind. Our decision is final in these matters.
- Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.
- Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum to promote other events, products or services without the express written permission of a staff administrator. Event sponsors are free to promote on this message board within the guidelines of these rules.
- Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
- While we are quite happy to have constructive comparative conversations about competitor's events we will not tolerate blatant advertisements or negative bashing of any series or event.
- We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
- Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
- We also reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules, as access to our support forums are a privilege and not a right.
- Midwest Cross Country Racing staff may, but are not obligated to, monitor or review any areas on the Site where users transmit or post communications, including but not limited to this sites message board. MWXC Racing and it‘s owners, staff, associates, etc., will have no liability related to the content of any such communications on this site, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise. Administrators of this site retain the right to remove messages that include any material deemed abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unacceptable.
- In no event will MWXC Racing, it‘s owners, staff, associates or administrators be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use or information gathered from this site, any web sites linked to this site, or the materials or information or services contacted at any of all such sites referred to on this site whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of information or services from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, purchasing or correction of equipment (dirt bike/atv/computer files, etc.) you assume all costs thereof.
