Shuee, Like I told craig I witnessed beyers cheating. Matter of fact I followed him but when I went through ther finish line and realized I was in 2nd overall and never passed anyone I stopped and waited on everyone to come through, so beyers did cheat and didn't deserve third and I amagine afer I waited on everyone to come through and beyers went on he cheated more and more and still got beat. I just don't understand why he would pro-test when he knew he ceated. But it's 5 peoples words agianst beyer's and like I said don't even deserve 3rd.
This is redic....Just like at the Badlands last year..Bowman would put a min on him every lap....But at some point on the track he would be right back on his bumper......SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.....WHO IS GOING TO TELL HIM NOT TO COME BACK??????

plane and simple Beyers cheated numerous times and knew it, yes the track arrows were falling off because of the rain and every lap there was a new section and it was pretty dam muddy but not the worst i've seen but I give him the 1st lap but after he got passed back and cheated agian I mean come on man.

Well i was going to not post and just read all this ... But to who ever is ppstin with fugate, i caught nate on thr last lap he was stuck i stopped and even helpped him become unstuck, then i followed him all the way to the second check point. Rite after that check i stopped and asked kevin blundell all was ahead and he saud bowman the nate just went threw ... I left and nate was once again stuck ... But this time i went on around, after that i never seen again until i scanned at the finish where i asked what place i cAme in ... They told me only bowman had scanned from pro and dalen just scanned 10 seconds before me and that was it!!!! So i dont see where beyer should have anything to do with the win ?
Thanks for clearing the air Shaft! Thats 2 pros that seen Beyers this race and both say the same thing! I am not saying people didn't cut track, because obviously everybody did and had too! All I am saying is that it is pretty low to protest when the protester, cut track and knows he cut track! Enough said!

Wrong.....Beyer was already up there protesting as soon as he got off the bike...wtf?? i agree with the part of Joe Seelig getting the overall! I was stuck in the same spot for about 2 hours, and he is one of the very few people who I saw come through 3 times - he definitely stayed on track!
and i will add that he was haulin everytime i saw him and whooping and havin a good ol time! hope youre at the next one Joe!

Well, all I know is that I was on a 4wheel drive and I did 3 laps and only seen another 4 wheel drive once! And that is when he passed me at the end of the second lap! As for Fugate, for you telling all of us to get out and ride and quit acting like school girls! Thats the pot calling the kettle black! Your on here with us man, and I believe everybody in this conversation was on the line at the track, not to mention, in front of you at the end of the day! I'm not on here to start shit, but it seems to be to late for that! And have you ever thought that Craig didn't say anything do to the act that he does'nt like confertation! On the other hand, I don't mind it at all! And my point on this before it got all out of hand was, why in the hell would anybody in there right mind protest a race like this anyways! Well I wans't going to post anything because I'm not one to complain or post on the net much, but here I go! As far as fair and square.....LOL when has he won fair and square? (JON) you know as well as I do seeing how you were one of the only ones that managed to work your way around me a couple times the first lap even though you kind of blew the whole 25FT rule out of the water to pass me! But you manage to get stuck a lot so it didnt really bother me Somehow I stil passed Beyers back on the second lap and he knows this as well as I do.....but somehow he still thinks he won? As far as the last two laps maybe you should ask the two midwest crew members on the Rancher that were re- routing people and Mader was behind me during that whole mess so he can vouch for that!! And yes we tried to handle it at the track but somebodies X didn't really care what me and Shaff had to say! O well and calling me out saying I have a guilty concience for wanting to split the money!!! Sorry bud but that wasnt my Idea and apparently you dont know me but I could care less about the money but it does piss me off having to split what I earned! I am not one to assume and I do not see how it would be easy other than assuming.
I did figure out one reason why I did not see people but that is another issue. lets just say I did more than I needed to in one lap. I found this out after I posted my first post.

Just to make you happy I will build a stock bike for next year just for the locals if that will make you happy! Sorry I like to have a good looking clean bike that gives sponsors something to look at and enjoy seeing there name on it, whether or not I had a good year!
