These will work with quads also Ken/Andy!!! I have been wanting one of these for a while. Good price as they are usually around $200 from Pit Posse.

They have 3 locking positions so you're right they should hold a sport quad with no problem. The manufacturer just limits the weight to 300lbs.
However, we also have quad specific lifts at the shop.

The use them at Motoxperts I thought for quads. Maybe these are not the same ones that Pit Posse has.

I went and looked atthis lift today, it will work IMO. I think this is a great deal but you have to lift the quad up a little to get it on it or lay 2x12s down on each side to raise the quad up when driving over it.
