Ok here it goes! I enjoy racin this series! Im not close to the pepole that put it on but I feel they do a great job of doing so with track and set up. Thank u for that! What is very disapointing to me (attica) was there was WAY to much of cutting the trax Who in the heck can run a 7min lap on a 6 plus mile trax LOL???? If u can I would love to meet YOU. I mean come on seriously the only way u done it was cut the trax lmao!!!! Want to say to those that ran the trax and honestly and deserved to even have their name mentioned and or a trophy congrats! To those that got THEIR POINTs and there lil trophy and kept there pride and egoes hi try gncc! IT WONT HAPPEN! Take it how u want but the real winners are the ones that ran the whole course every lap lol. Again this is a fun serious and not for big money the arrows are set for a reason because that is the trax. So whatever!

I see that nothing has changed in this series. Im personally glad im not wasting my hard earned money here. why were these 60mph milers not disqualified for this season? no one runs that fast, not even pros. in GNCCs this is a serious issue (cutting course) keep ur head up kad250f, your a far better person and racer then these cheaters.

"Who in the heck can run a 7min lap on a 6 plus mile trax LOL????"
I just looked through the lap times 3 times in the bikes and saw not one 7 minute lap. maybe I need some direction or you were exagerating. The times looked legit for everyone. I looked through some of the quads also.
Granted it would be easy for someone to do it. It has nothing to do with the series but the guys racing IMO. If they have to cheat to win that is pothetic. We need to Police these guys also. Get their number. Let it be known for others to watch for. I know my class has a lot of guys on the same side which is nice.

Kad I just looked through the bike lap times to see for myself what you might be talking about. The fastest lap was a 12:48, which was made by the Pro guy that won his class and the overall, and the track was 5 miles long. That sounds pretty legit to me.
Are you over-exaggerating? or are you just a sore loser? This is the way it always was when we ran races at Haspin, if someone didnt win, then the others MUST have been cheating! just face it, some guys will be faster than you.

stuntjake you know andy and the team work very hard, you are always bashing some one. life is so short so I hope you can get some sun shine in your life some where.as far as a 60 mile an hour lap? we get the results up fast and have not yet gone through all the standing's. as a fact last year we caught some people and have dis them. this year has been great the racers that race with are the best bunch on earth.attica if I remember has always had racers accusing other racers of cheeting ( not our race series) we will go through all the lap times and correct as neccecary. again I wish you well and hope you find a better time at other race series, Thanks for your input Joe

i raced on places that had trails going in all different directions.old arrows from other races months ago.it`s easy to get off course. you might want to look a new property and cut some virgin trails. new albany ,in pleasant valley has been raced once. after july 12th,ixcr property might be an option. 10 miles of virgin trails. lynnville,in has alot of good riding.peabody coal mines might let you use some of that ground. http://www.ladirtriders.com/ i`ve raced on hunting property, there`s plenty of that around.i can help find property near elizabeth,in if you are intrested.hunters like the new trails.

kad250f36: If you see that person cutting I would confront them personally, it has happened to me in Columbus and that is the best way to handle it in my opinion. example: Sooo did that other line you took really save you three minutes? Wow I should have done the same thing, but I think that's called cheating!!!

Yeah, cheating sucks. And it happens. I don't think there's much you can do to stop it. I like the idea of calling people out for it, though. Of course, that might start up a whole new batch of trouble!
The one area I think race promoters can do a better job of keeping things competitive is cutting down on guys who are racing in classes they're already too fast for. I'd like to see MWXC start studying lap times and average finishes and pushing people up to their proper class. It was pretty weird to only have 6 of us in the first three waves Sunday and then 20-some bikes lined up behind us in the lower classes! I know if I was anywhere near fast enough, I'd be in the Pro class trying to win some money but so far, I keep getting lapped by those dudes!
But then again, guys, these are problems that have been plaguing offroad racing for probably 100 years. Some things you just have to shake your head at and then move on.
To my old buddy Jake, we miss you man.

well, one thing we dont have problems with is other peoples' arrows! At the first race, thanks to the ice storm, our race track was the only thing open to ride! At Cantonwine, it was the first race there so no arrowns to content with! Same with Big Rock, with 14 miles, NO one could cut the track, the way it was layed out! And no other arrows there either!! Greg, email me with your other race place suggestions! We are always looking for new places. Nice to see ya back KTMrooster. As for the fast guys, we do compare the faster guys with their placement at other series. Unfortunately, when they dont race, just start and are fast, we just cant throw them into a new class at any given time. We will make the fast riders move up with the next years series...some guys - and I do know a few at our series, have honestly put themselves in a class and are much faster than anyone thought! Great for them, and I know they will move up next year! That happened with my son 2 years ago. No experience, and he was really fast. Would probably still be racing today if he didnt tear the quad up so much that we couldnt afford to repair it after every race! we really try to keep it fair and honest, but each and every racer needs to show us their honesty too. There really is no joy in a trophy if it wasnt deserved.

My mentality is this, I want to go out and have fun, I do not need to cheat to have fun, I want to hang with the guys before and after the race, if I do good great, if I go home unhurt even better, if I meet more friends then even better also.
If you are only there to win you will eventually not have fun.
If you run an honest race then you will always know you did and life is only about you and one other. The rest is between them and the other. So feel good that you did run honestly.
As for people coming to this site just to bash, I am done with it. No more guests and no more bashing that is not constructive. I am deleting things I feel unfit and nonproductive. If you have a complaint can you give a way to fix it or maybe a start to an idea? If you do not like this then I will be free to resign as I am a only volunteer.
We all need to vent sometimes. I myself will write my buddies or call them to vent. I encourage this and if you have no buddies to do this with then get some. ---------- #134 07Outlaw525LE/08Outlaw450MXR Sponsor R. I was going off the info kad250f posted. he might have seen some people cheating, and when I see this while racing, when I catch them I stick them and then confront them after the race. also I report it at the finish line during and after the race. in the past, I can't speak currently bc I haven't raced this sieres this year. the people that put this on seem to laid back about rules and the course. I hope this has changed.
so if somone has a complaint they should call there buddies and vent to themm? not the series? my uncles on the board of ama and they encourge complaints, concerns and comments from everyone about everything so there not in the dark and they can solve it.

"so if somone has a complaint they should call there buddies and vent to themm? not the series?"
That is not what I said. Maybe if you read my whoile post and thought about things instead of posting so quickly you would not have so many issues.
If you have constructive critisism then speak but if you do what you "I was going off the info kad250f posted" then you should not post. You just like to stir the pot and everyone I know tells me this. ---------- #134 07Outlaw525LE/08Outlaw450MXR Sponsor R. Jake, the problem is that you dont even check the info before going off on it. There were no "60mph milers" and there were no 7 minute laps...why dont you check the bike lap times for yourself before bashing?
Why is it the ONLY time you ever post on here is to say something negative, critical, or false? dont you have anything better to do? i mean you dont even race this series so why do you always have so many opinions?

the 1st mid-west race this year, my last lap,i stalled the bike.kick starter was stuck in.i rolled it over the hill ,off the trail to start it.3 guys got by me. the 3rd looked at me like i was cutting. missunderstandings could cause fights.happens all the time. lap times is the proof in most cases. did ANYONE have a good time at badlands?

To answer tree11: Yes, I had a great time. The track was much better than I expected since they had such a small area to work with. Actually, I have had a great time at each event. (I would of had more fun at Big Rock if I wouldn't have ran out of gas but that was my fault!)
Stuntjake912: This is Mote, Come out and race with us! You'll have a good time.
Ktmrooster: Great to see you and your brother back at the races. How did your stomach hold up?? Hopefully we'll see you at future races. MWXC on June 28th and IXCR on July 12.

Jeff, it was good seeing all you guys as well. We've missed the racing, that's for sure. And the good news is that I felt really good after the race. No problems at all. My speed on the bike is not quite back to where it was but it wasn't too awful either.
We're going to try to make it to more races but our band's schedule is pretty heavy this summer. It's tough to race at 10am when you don't get home until 5am after a gig!

Our band's name is The Roosters Band. My brother, Matthew Adams, is the lead singer. You'd have to ask him, I just play the guitar!
You can check us out at www.theroostersband.com.
